Yes. All flights are conducted under an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, and we carry commercial liability insurance for every shoot, including projects near airports or other controlled airspace.

We're based in San Antonio, Texas, and serve the surrounding area. That said, we're happy to travel for real estate, event, and brand shoots outside the area — just let us know your location and we'll provide a custom travel quote.

Drone flights are weather-dependent, so if wind, rain, or low visibility make a flight unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra cost. Traditional photography sessions can often proceed indoors or under cover.

Turnaround depends on your package, ranging from next-day delivery for smaller sessions to 48 hours for our Signature Collection. Prestige Package shoots include priority 24-48 hour delivery.

Once your media is ready, you'll receive an access code by email. Head to the "Get My Photos" page, enter your code, and you'll be able to view and download your full gallery.
